Many thanks to Bruce Shelley and Rick Barbour. Bruce’s Broad Creek and Straus lists and Rick’s extensive documentation of CSPs and SAPs provided a great base from which to work.
I am, of course, very grateful for the John Wolf collection as mounted in the Wolf Memorial, now in the Saffran Trading Post. I spent many hours looking at it when I was on staff and it was hanging in Reservation Headquarters; I have managed to photograph at least some of the patches there to fill holes on these pages.
I owe great deal to the late Rob Dare for years of friendship and trading and for help with listings and classifications.
